I’ve lived with Crohn’s disease since I was a child, spending time in and out of hospitals, trialing all avenues of care to manage my gut. Those experiences shaped how I see the body and the power of we have over our own health. I know firsthand how disruptive digestive discomfort, bloating, and food stress can be. Not just physically, but mentally and socially.

After years of trying various diets and relying on other’s advice, I realized something important: I’m the only one living in my body and experiencing its signals firsthand. The more I relied on outside guidance, the less I was actually listening to what my body was telling me. Learning to build habits that support steady digestion and confidence around food, while still fitting the realities of a busy, high-achieving life, became my focus. The most powerful part? Truly listening and responding to my body’s needs in a personalized way.

That shift completely transformed how I feel day to day. I no longer feel dependent on someone else when discomfort arises, and I’ve learned to navigate my gut health in a way that allows me to enjoy more variety without stress and consequences. It showed me what’s possible when the client — you — is in the driver’s seat, guided by practical, personalized, and realistic strategies that fit your life.
